5–30 characters: letters, numbers, periods and underscores (no spaces or hyphens). No period or underscore at the start or end or two in a row, and at least one letter. Shown exactly as you type it, but capitals, periods and underscores don't make a name different (Quiet.Daughter, Quiet_Daughter and quietdaughter are the same name).
